College Students: What's Your Mission?
Jesus gives everyone who follows Him a mission. He calls all believers to spread the gospel to those around them. He gave them the model for impacting the world for Him. So the question is: What's your mission? If you join the YMI College Age Program you will learn to live missionally. You will touch the world around you and your life will be transformed. We have two different opportunities for college-age students. We have an 8 week mission experience, and a shorter 2-3 week mission experience.
8 Week Mission Program Components
- Six weeks are spent in a foreign country or in the inner city working with a missionary.
- One week of training before leaving the country.
- One week of training a YMI Team at a Training Camp upon arriving home.
- $3800-4800 for the 8 week experience, depending on country and related costs.
2-3 Week Mission Program Components
- 14-18 days are spent in a foreign country or in the inner city working with a missionary.
- You will train on dates that are mutually agreed upon by you and your teammates.
- $3000-3800 for the 2-3 week experience, depending on country and related costs.
- Ideal for the person who wants to learn what it's like to work in the international mission field or inner city.
Am I Eligible To Apply?
Wondering if you are eligible to go on one of our College Age Mission Experiences? Here are our qualifications for College Age Mission participants:
- High School Graduate to 23 years old.
- Need to have recommendations from church leadership.
- Need to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
