Projects
Youth Missions International's projects are a vital part of fulfilling the vision God has given us for raising up a generation of young people worldwide that are actively living out their faith by sharing the good new of Jesus Christ with others. The projects below are only made possible through the generous gifts of donors.
YMI Brasil
YMI Brasil is a sister organization for Youth Missions International here in the U.S. Begun in May of 2009 this organization is run completely by Brazilians for Brazilians. Their mission and vision are the same as YMI here in the United States. They desire to train young people in Brazil to reach out to others with the good news of Jesus Christ first to their local communities, and eventually to other Portuguese speaking countries in the world. This is the first of many countries YMI will plant organizations in. Donating to this project means enabling Brazilians to evangelize their own and even to evangelize places in the world where U.S. citizens may not be welcome. YMI in the U.S. has committed to helping fund the first two years of their ministry to give them a solid start. Your donations are needed to make this ministry possible.

Total Two-Year Project Needs: $44,000
Progress: $2,000 has been given toward the $4,000 one-time funding cost, leaving $42,000 remaining to be funded.
Project Resonate
Project Resonate's goal is to bring acute awareness to the successes, challenges, and efforts of missionaries around the world through photography. The head of Project Resonate, John Yao, is a professional photographer called by God to give a year of his life to capturing what God is doing in the mission field and to use his gifting to motivate others to use their God-given talents to "resonate" the good news of Christ to others.
One-year project need: $20,000-$24,000
Progress: Project Resonate has met its minimum need of $20,000 for one-year. Additional donations for equipment expenses are needed as John has had one camera lens worth over $1,000 break and his laptop hard drive crash. Both are vital to this ministry.
